Cora Breakfast & Lunch - St. Albert

My brother introduced me to Cora's in Ontario when I was visiting him one time....have loved all my experiences in all the Cora's that I been to since.....St Albert one is great.....food has always been wonderful and great service.

We enjoyed our food very much. The perfectly poached eggs over the smoked salmon with creamy hollandaise sauce tasted heavenly. The potatoes are perfectly cooked.

We have heard great things about the Cora's chain of restaurants so we were excited to have one open here in St. Albert. I will say the servers were really friendly and prompt, nothing bad to say about them at all.The food on the other hand was not very good. I guess I was thinking it would be like an iHop or Denny's, it was worse. Super expensive, the potato hash browns were undercooked, my eggs over easy were undercooked. I wouldn't go back. There are plenty of other options that support our local businesses and food quality is fantastic.

Impressive breakfast. The generous amount of fruits nicely displayed along side of the waffles and sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The server was very attentive making sure we have coffee refill. It is worthwhile waiting to be seated.

If you have ever been to a CORAS you probably enjoyed your meal as they have a great breakfast .My small issue today was that they did not use hollandaise sauce but cheddar instead and they forgot to toast my sandwich.
