After reading the reviews online, I am no longer surprised at the service I had recieved today by this location. The 4.1 star rating is very deceiving! I ordered a Frappuccino this afternoon with oat milk, and no whip. Clearly printed on the label of the cup. I recieved my drink, with whipcream not only on top, but at the bottom of my drink. I sent it back. That wasn 't what angered me, mistakes happen, people feel rushed, they forget to read, or we go into autopilot, whatever. What upset me was the fact that they told me they would remake the drink, and the employees idea of remaking the order was to scrape the whipcream off the top, pour Carmel on top and reserve it to me, leaving a line of whipcream along the rim, and obviously missed the whipcream that was at the bottom of my drink. That was intentional. The worst part was that you obviously thought I would never know.For one thing, that is poor customer service, and clearly a lack of respect for your customers. Also, it 's a reflection on management. Apparently, it is not a concern with management if this service is continually repeating according to other online reviews. It wasn 't my fault your employee made the order wrong. Ordering a drink from Starbucks is expensive already for one thing, asking for a dairy free option adds to the price. No one is going to ask for a dairy free option just to pay more, there is a reason it is requested. Paying for a dairy free option, and having to pay for a drink that is contaminated with dairy after you already sent it back the first time, is infuriating. You wasted my time, and money, and now you lost a customer.
Usually the staff are very nice but the service isn't always the best. Is it out of the question to expect them to stir your coffee before they give it to you? Do I really have to ask them to do that? And if they forget about preparing my drink am I out of bounds for asking how much longer would it take without receiving attitude?
The staff are absolutely the sweetest here, super friendly and made my coffee order perfect. I appreciate the cheerful atmosphere they bring into this space.Wheelchair accessibility: Proper parking out front, small lip for door and open area for wheelchair to go to the cash register
Went in very early (was probably the first person to eat in). The staff were nice, but all the tables were filthy like they had not been cleaned for days.
