Chick-fil-a - St. Augustine

This is the most amazing chick fil a! I come all the time and have never once been let down! 10/10 best customer service and quality!!!

First, I want to say the food is always good, the order is correct, and the employees are very friendly. The part I completely do not understand is the drive thru design. If you’re in a hurry, go some place else because you will get your food (after they’ve walked to multiple cars looking for you) and, then, you will sit in your car smelling it while wondering if you should dig in before everything is soggy or just wait impatiently for the multiple cars ahead of you to move so that you can finally leave the drive thru and park. The drive thru makes zero sense! I would just start going inside but last time I stood with two kids waiting for over 20 minutes for two milkshakes (that sat there for over 5 min before being given to us) with others who had been waiting even longer for their orders, one being an on duty K-9 officer on his break and another a sailor in uniform. I feel they definitely should’ve had top priority being in uniform. I don’t think anyone would’ve been upset about that. Just when I was expecting them to walk up and request a refund (because they both kept looking at their watches) they finally brought their order. It was ridiculous. *Side note for military members- My veteran friend was told after ordering her breakfast last week that they no longer honor military discount since the new manager took over…..

I'm not a chic filet fan but my other half seems to like it. He enjoyed his sandwiches. I'm not sure which ones he ordered but they were grilled and had tomatoes and pickles ick on them. Me personally, the waffle fries are soggy and greasy and who wants a chicken sandwich with only pickles ? on it. The strawberry lemonade was good. Chicfilet is one of those places you either love or hate. My other half and I don't agree ? I don't recommend any of it. He likes the grilled chicken sandwiches but never orders the fries.

The best location I have ever been to. The service is so amazing here and the management is great. This location knows what they are doing it is always busy but the wait moves fast inside the dining room, or at the drive-through. Give it a try.

Awful service from Lidia and this big (not smart) guy Elijah who had zero energy… completely messed up our order to go… he even put our ice cream upside down in the bag! No fork and no dressing for the salad…Lidia was not happy to be there and was doing other things while taking our order.BAD SERVICE AND NO PARKING
