We ordered four takeout meals at Jimmy John's on Main Street in Saint Charles. We ordered two turkey subs, a roast beef sub, and a tuna salad sub. One turkey sub was rated as very good, the other was rated as okay. The roast beef was rated as good, not great. The tuna salad sub tasted a bit fishy, not to order in the future. It has been a while since we've visited Jimmy John's, and it appeared that the bread has gotten smaller in size. One turkey sub was a mini sandwich and it came with minimal turkey. The service was fast and friendly. The dining area and overall restaurant appeared very well-maintained and clean. If you need something quick, this may be a good place to stop by. There are a lot of good delis in the area, which most likely will get our future business, before we return to Jimmy John's.

I ordered sandwiches for my bridal party to have a quick snack after the ceremony from this location and I will never order here again. The ordering process was frustrating as it seemed like I wasn't being listened to while ordering. I had to continue to repeat what I wanted. It was also ten dollars to deliver across the street and then I was asked to tip the driver on top of that. I don't mind paying for delivery because it's a service, but it was not even that far to drive. Then when the wedding day actually came, the order was wrong, which was upsetting because I had vegetarians in my bridal party who couldn't eat a sandwich because they did not deliver what they were supposed to deliver. Worst Jimmy John's experience ever and I order and eat sandwiches from Jimmy John's a lot.

These guys are actually super fast. In and out in a few minutes.

Seems like they need more staff during work week for the lunch shift. Ordered ahead, still waited 20 mins for my food.
