Feedback gevenI went to Dennys yesterday morning and had a negative experience. The front waitress was rude, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, and other people received their food before me. I had to get upset in order to receive my order. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order and had to return to the restaurant. However, the manager I spoke with was very kind and helpful in confirming my order. I also had to address the issue of the rude waitress with the manager, but she handled my complaint efficiently, taking only 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Overall, the manager was wonderful.

Kristen did awesome! She was running around cooking and waitressing. Apologizing for the wait but I didn't notice much of a longer wait. If I wanted fast food, I would have gone to Wendy's. Regardless, the food came out awesome! The staff was more than helpful, respectful and so nice!! If I didn't live 900 miles away, I would be coming back for sure, just for Kristen!!
This is one of the most disfunction Denny's I've visited. My husband and I are truck drivers, so we visit lots of Denny's. This was our 2nd attempt at this location, although I told my husband I didn't want anything but fries he order the super bird(no tomatoes)with fries. So I said ok they can't mess that up! Boy was I wrong, my sandwich had tomatoes(no tomatoes) was the request, and it had some pink like sweet sauce on it.WTF! And to top it off because my husband don't eat Mayo he requested to please make sure his burger don't get Mayo. Any way I can go on and on about my 2 poor experiences at this location. Cooks have dreads and no hair nets, just **** poor management all over!
No stars if I could. Food was not cooked correctly, didn't get my cold brew coffee. And had to wait for about 15 minutes just to be seated and another 15 minutes to order , with only about 5 tables with customers. Won't go back any time soon.
