The Post Hotel - St Kilda

I used to live near this pub about 8 years ago and it was a place to avoid. However, in 2016, the place looks great now.

Work. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall experience is enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual meal or drinks with friends.

Place has great beer. Food is mediocre, steak is like shoe leather, but I guess you pay for what you get. Most of the servers are cool, but the Filipino bartender is dreadful, no manners whatsoever, I presume she must be dating the owner to keep her job...

Felt like a Parma midweek and this one hit the spot , service was great and friendly . And although it was a nice Parma with salad and chips it was pretty expensive at $24 dollars and maybe I'm a bit naive to think it may be a bit cheaper ? But those cheap Parma and pot pubs sell average parmas . Overall great meal and I will visit again .Cheers

First time here, service is friendly but food is pretty average with not much choice. Shnitzel was generous in size but chewy and overcooked. Steak looked nice but was also over cooked. Pork riblets were swimming in sauce and didn't look very appetizing at all. All in all there is plenty of room for improvement
