Mizu - St Louis

I had a fantastic dining experience here. I enjoyed sushi and some ramen with chicken, both of which were delicious. I highly recommend them. The service was a bit slow, but we were still attended to, and it seemed genuine despite the small team working that night. The atmosphere was wonderful—I loved the high ceilings, which made the space feel both spacious and intimate. Surprisingly, parking was easy to find, even on a Saturday night.

The sushi is fresh, and there's a wide variety of flavors in the Poke Bowl. The service is quick and courteous. We always have a great time dining here.

At 5:00 PM, the restaurant was bustling. The server was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. I suggest trying the Fusion Bowl with Bulgogi; it’s served in a hot bowl that keeps cooking the ingredients, which include an egg, with spicy sauce on the side. Regarding dietary restrictions, my wife is gluten-free and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available, including gluten-free soy sauce.

The eating was amazing! they were understated and have made such a good job! they will rock again for the service and taste!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We were going to share a bowl of the chicken ramen and they even offered to split it into 2 different bowls for us. The sushi was so tasty and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious with the side of peanut sauce ? The ramen had a nice, spicy kick to it. It's not like the traditional ramen you'd find in Japan, but it was yummy! Definitely would recommend this spot!
