Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream

Very disappointed in the service. I went there with my family. My mother ordered first. As the server was making her order, a young tall man took out the butter pecan (the flavor I wanted) and replaced it. When it was my turn to order, I asked for butter pecan. The young man told me he had to rotate the flavor and I could get Play Ball. I said, You just took butter pecan out, can 't I have a scoop? He told me no. I ordered nothing and left. I wasn 't trying to get something they didn 't have. If only I had ordered before my Mom, they would have made another sale.

The best owners, staff, and the best ice cream around

One owner was upset with my boyfriend and I for unknowingly standing on the line (they have borders taped on the floor of where to stand to maintain social distance order). However, the other owner was not wearing a mask while in front of customers, facing toward the ice cream and talking both to customers and employees. Not to mention her terrible attitude toward her employees (could hear her hollering from the back room). My first time there and disappointed in customer service. However, on a positive note, the ice cream was yummy!

The ice cream is so good and they have so many flavors its hard to decide. I love the Gold Coast chocolate, the Cookie Monster, the banana splits, the drumsticks, actually i love everything they have.
