At frankie benny’s they get what they pay. eating is very cheap, and so in the understood, it is good eating. we had to start the bbq chicken wings. they were coated in a generous support of the sauce and tasted great. for the main meal we had pizza and hot dog. especially I enjoyed my goat cheese pizza, although the red was a little disappointed, still raw at places. the waiter was very friendly and enthusiastic while at the table, but the service was quite slow. (the waitress has repeatedly apologised for it, but did not give a statement to the thing). we had to order our drinks. it also took a while until the food came out. we thought we had a lot of time for coffee before our trip to the cinema, but then we found ourselves paying the bill as soon as the drinks came out because we were worried that it would take too long otherwise. overall a pleasant experience.
Great family restaurant for daughter birthday. great food and service.
After booking a table well in advance, came in the restaurant to say we had no booking. we were then placed on a table and a waiter who cannot speak English or understand, took our beverage order. After we put the drink order, we waited in anticipation for it to arrive when the wee and the beer arrived, a beer was short. After we had waited, we had to go forward and ask for it. the waiter then became completely confused and brought more beer than he was asked anyway that was sorted. we order the spicy wings that are advertised with a blue cheese and of course say there are no blue cheese dive . the main meal seemed to go without problems. we had to constantly ask to remove the empty glasses to create space for the plates. then we come to dessert where a restaurant has no cream to make an irish coffee. frankie benny won't see us again.
