Ember Saint Simons Island

First time here on a date with my girlfriend. Excellent service and food. They also have an adjoining lounge with live music on Fridays. Very nice will definitely stop by again

This is my second time to Ember and it did not disappoint. The food and service were all amazing. We ended up there on Trivia night which made the ambience a fun atmosphere. We ordered many different items from the menu and it was all incredible. From the salad, to the pizza, to the egg rolls, to the brussel sprouts and finally the braised beef short rib dinner. I would highly recommend. Great place for a group of people to share plates, like we did, or a quiet dinner for a couple on date night. I think it satisfies both quite admirably.

The vibe was cool. The food was not well seasoned, and the service wasn't great after things got busy. I really wanted to like it more than I did. Maybe it was an off day.

Server was very nice although rushed. The food came out conspicuously fast. I wondered if it had been prepared fresh. The taste was nice, although I found the shrimp overcooked and tough. For the price paid, I was honestly expecting excellence. What we received was satisfactory.
