Too bad I can't put 0. I made an order this day via Uber Eats. This one was to arrive at 21:30. At 21:15 I received a call from the “manager” of the store who told me that he gave the order to the delivery man and thought that he had validated the order because he trusted him. In fact, it turns out that the manager has made mine to validate my order and then run away with it. I already let you imagine the safe side of the restaurant. I offered the manager to find a solution because I didn’t have the option to cancel the order, He alone could do it. He told me that he wouldn’t do anything because it wasn’t for him and that I had only to get closer to Uber eats because he has something more important to do. He then hung me in the nose. So I contacted Uber Eats support service and as if by magic my order was cancelled within minutes of the restaurant. I strongly advise this restaurant. There is only to see how he treats the client. This is absolutely not professional. It’s disrespectful. I’ve been a faithful client and that’s how I’m rewarded. This is extremely disappointing.
