Feedback gevenTo start a positive note, the food is good and the waiters are really attentive, polite and helpful, Now on a huge negative: we waited for 45 minutes from a table through the water. After about 30 minutes we wait with the manager / maitre de checked for the status and he said it was about 15-20 minutes more from a wait, after more wait we can give a table next to a wall overlooking the parking and a garbage can.. when we expressed our disappointment we were told that the next table by the water will be ours, and that we could change our table. When this table opened, Charles told us that it would not work and that they had other people for this table. Another manager came and spoke to us and 2 tables (which were opened on table for 2) and they sat other customers and totally avoided us. The manager/Maitre de. Charles was very rude, ignorant and less concerned about our concerns. He should not be hired for a hospitality service. I work in a client who is facing the business, and I'm sure he was fired for such bad services in no time. Will never go to the first again, as the service is very important to us. And it's HORRIBLE!!!
The food was outstanding setting for Easter was wonderful. Diego was an amazing host
As usual and service is always excellent. But I was not aware that the kitchen was closed on Sunday at 8:30, so be aware when you make your reservations

The manager was not fair with the customer seating plan.
