Soul Tasty - Stamford

Some of the best food I had in stamford! I've seen this place before, but a friend of mine brought me to lunch one day and it was amazing! you eat is phenomenal and this also comes with large service. that works the front was amazing, so beautiful, courtesy and willing to help them navigate through the menu to get them the best combination. I went back and got out a few times. I wish a have more pictures of the food, but eat time I got it, it was too good to wait

This was the best soul food I've ever had. The chicken was cooked in a delicious sauce and was perfectly moist. The macaroni and cheese tasted fresh and the collard greens were flavorful. The owner even took the time to personally come to our table and ask about our meal, which added a nice touch and left us feeling happy.

I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and I have to admit, I was a little hesitant due to mixed reviews. However, after trying their roast chicken sandwich, I quickly became a fan. It was the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted - the Mona Lisa of all chicken sandwiches. The macaroni and cheese were also top-notch. I have been let down by many restaurants' mac and cheese, but Soul Tasty really knocked it out of the park. Overall, a delicious meal and a fantastic restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. I can't stress enough how flavorful everything was: the sweet potatoes were perfect, the grits had a nice spicy kick, and the shrimp, wow, the shrimp were amazing! The person who served us (I believe they might be the owner) had a positive and cheerful attitude. I will definitely be returning to this place or recommending it to others.
