Carvel Express - Stateline

Highly recommend the twist ice cream cone. one of the best I've had. the person who was working there is extremely nice and very good service.

At 9pm we waited over thirty minutes for ice cream even though there were just a few people in front of us. The guy that works there seems to be on his phone or something and doesn?t seem to know how to use a cash register or put in the right orders. Took over 10 minutes on a single order. Ended up going somewhere else since the line barely moved after 30 minutes.

The front clerk was nice but not customer service friendly. My friend and I walked a mile to come and get carvels ice cream for the buy one get one free offer they have on their website. They did not honor the buy one get one free. The man Rycevek who said he was the supervisor told me to go to the front desk of the hotel and get a paper to say to honor the bogo offer. I went up there and Jennifer the front desk manager said she did not know what carvels was talking

Ice cream is ok but doesn?t look like the first pic the shop posted

Had a little bit of a hard time locating this place. It's near the arcade/ lobby level for those looking ???? vanilla soft serve was the absolute best. I will come here again!
