Burger King - Staten Island

The fries were very old, dried out, and still cold. The soda bag hasn't been changed, so the drink didn't taste right.

This restaurant has an old-school vibe, but the service was incredibly slow. The food was overcooked and still cold. I noticed it had a B-rating, and I can understand why. Food rating: 2/5.

I have been visiting this restaurant for almost six years during my work hours. For the most part, I've seen the same staff members since my first visit. However, over the years, the number of customers has decreased. I used to see a group of older men sitting together, chatting about breakfast as I walked by the window, but things have changed, including the service at the restaurant. Perhaps that’s why many customers now prefer to pay using their app instead.

I am fully aware of what comes with eating in almost food facilities. this evaluation was more about the energy and mood of the woman who worked on Tuesday night at the theke, the customer before us was informed that the pommes were in respectful wise cold. the lack of hospitality and annoying attitude of the coworker was terrifying. No matter how difficult it would have been to say no problem that I get them new, but the coworker only reacts with me and they were not cold. the woman also said that the pommes were a little salty and she said that we did not salt them, the customer went on to show the salt and the coworker said that it is not salt. it then takes a call she puts on loudspeaker and uses profanity. either it was the hands of one of the worse customer service experiences I've experienced for a long time. I think she was a lead or manager. Come on, burger king, you can do better. was not her slogan that you can have it on your wise.

They got the order right. Both my friends got really bad diarrhea after eating here. My poo was definitely softer. My friend said that the meat was still pink in his burger. The food tasted great but not worth getting diarrhea for.
