Si Fish More Inc - Staten Island

I ordered a 5pc chicken strips combo for delivery and it took near 3 whole hours to come. I am 2.7 miles away from the store. The chicken strips were hard and dry and I’m not exaggerating when I say it literally made my teeth hurt, the mac and cheese was decent but it was never worth the 3 hour wait!! And the yams just taste like any other yams. I suggest either doing pick up or pay a delivery app insane feed if you want it delivered faster. Another thing on the app it was 10 bucks for the meal I got but when I called it was completely different I ended up paying 19 dollars for dry hard chicken okay cold Mac and some mid yams. I had to keep calling to check in with my order and I can tell those people were getting upset at me. For the best experience I suggest picking up or going to a super market and making all of that at home for cheaper.

I’ve passed this place many times, this was first time going in. I ordered 10 pc fried shrimp w/ fries. Food temperature was hot and shrimp were well-seasoned. Fries were unfortunately very basic and had no salt (no salt or pepper packets were put in my bag). I had to reduce rating because condiments were really lacking and impacted my meal. I wasn’t expecting to only get 2 small tartar sauce packets (for TEN shrimp! One packet, if s t r e t c h e d is good for 3 pcs MAX). In fact, I’m used to seafood/fish spots having the big bottles of tartar/ketchup/hot sauce on the counter. I only got 2 small ketchup packets as well, which wasn’t enough to cover even half my fries. I winded up having to use the 2 small hot sauce packets as well, but for the most part I had to eat a good amount of bland somewhat dry fries. The decor interior is quite cool: R B music videos on large TV, and FREE Ms. PAC Man video game! Overall, this place, based on my first visit, is decent to good (depending on your order) and there’s room for improvement—starting with the condiments—I don’t know why I got only 2 of everything (except for napkins, only got one of those); maybe I should play numbers, 2-2-2. I finished my meal with a strawberry lemonade which I have no complaints about. Also, customer service was good.

I ordered the fish and chips platter. It took longer than I expected. The food was hot. The fish wasn't good at all. The texture of the fish was off. I don't know if it was over cooked or just stale. First and last time.Food: 1/5

The place is alright, and the food is good. I've had instances where I wasn't happy with my order, but nothing too serious. So their food is definitely decent and will not disappoint. But that service, boy oh boy where do I start ?. I've been going to SI fish for over 5 years. And when I tell you that the ladies in there are horrible, it's an understatement. I've maybe had 1 or 2 be a little more pleasant, but for the most part; they're snotty and rude how they address me as a customer. Now I'm not going to speak for everyone, but as for myself and my people that go in there, we're all in agreement about the service. I say just renew the entire crew.
