Starbucks - Staten Island

I received excellent service from Joey. He patiently answered my questions about how to get one of the most refreshing drinks, even though he hadn't traveled to me.

The staff worked hard and were very polite. They efficiently handled a steady stream of customers and managed to keep the line moving. I ordered a caramel blend without the syrup, as it wasn’t available, but they informed me of that beforehand, and I still received my coffee. One of the workers could have taken a moment to clean the counters and restock the napkins. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

The coffee at Bruck SSD is quite good, but their breakfast menu is limited and overpriced. You can get a small crunch and a tiny piece for nearly $8, which seems steep.

The NEVER have chocolate chips so they won't make Java chip Fraps. I only go there because it's the only Starbucks near the Yukon mta bus depot. Hey Starbucks. Get it together. And half the time the kids that work there turn off the lights so it appears to be closed.
