You never know what you are going to get with restaurants even if it has good reviews, but this place is a legitimate 5-star breakfast and lunch in Stayton. The food is well seasoned, fresh and delicious overall. You have good reviews for good reason!

The first time and we will definitely come back frequently. The food was delicious! Husband got the Rueben and I had the BLT on Croissant with Clam-Chowder, the sandwiches were great and Chowder was really one of the best I had and we ended to go after the meal. James made great recommendations and we had a good conversation during the meal. Very recommended, give them an attempt if you already have?t.

The owners felt like really nice and thoughtful people. Cool museum and tour around NASA (family relationship was part of history! . Eating was pretty good but left room for improvement. The experience was great.

The whole food here is amazing and there are so many great coffee options. The room and the kitchenette are very nice, especially for a longer stay. Everything has such a sweet mood, would highly recommend for everyone

My husband and I stayed here for a month over the holidays. The bungalow was great! There?s plenty of space and even had a kitchen with all the amenities! The Gardner House is in a historic area just a few minutes walking to many local businesses and shops. Also just a few miles from Salem. What a beautiful place to ?getaway? for a night or stop by and have coffee and enjoy the wonderful homemade desserts,food, and hospitality from James Loni !!! I highly recommend Gardner House Cafe-Bed and Breakfast!!! Thank you James and Loni for making our stay most welcome, comfortable and blessed!
