Usually, I would justify the $14 since the portions were so large and I could split it into 3-4 meals, but when I opened the bag it wasn’t even half of what they used to give—maybe about 1/3. On top of that, they completely changed the recipe. There’s no longer any celery, bean sprouts, or snap peas. Along with that, the noodle type and sauce is different. Instead, they literally (and I wish I was joking) took a box of Yakisoba noodles, mixed it with some chicken, lettuce, and carrots, and then dumped it into the container. The only thing worth eating was the chicken and even that was scarce. Extremely disappointed, won’t be ordering from them again and that includes coworkers as well. This restaurant was once one of my favorite Chinese places, but everything changed when new owners took over. I used to really enjoy their General Tso's chicken, but during my last visit, it had a terrible smell and tasted spoiled or freezer-burned. The rice was overly mushy, resembling mashed potatoes, and was equally unappetizing. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Excellent food and wonderful staff! It was my first visit, and I will definitely return! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
I believe an owner change occured recently, but all I know for a fact is that prices went up, portion sizes went down, and what used to be an amazon comfort food is now so unpalatable I can't even finish the smaller servings. I always ordered food here almost every week and it's baffling to see that the quality has not taken a dip, it's swan-dived. The food has changed since my last visit. Previously, everything was delicious, but this time it did not meet my expectations. I dined in for lunch, and my meal cost between $10 and $20. While I rated the food a 1, the service was excellent, earning a 5, and the atmosphere was nice as well, scoring a 4.
