I eat a lot of ribs, and I can confidently say that these were the best I've ever had. However, the service left a lot to be desired. That might have just been due to the server I had, though.

By this time, I noticed several tables seated after us had already finished their meals. When the manager didn’t come, I went to the front and asked for her. When I tried to explain our issue with the poor service, she rudely interrupted me, mentioning something about reviewing the security footage to verify when we were seated—something I had never encountered before. She also claimed the dessert order was confusing, which is why it hadn’t been processed. I expressed my hope that she would rectify the situation, and she curtly asked, "What do you want?" I suggested that a discount would be a good start. Eventually, our food and dessert arrived, but parts of our order were incorrect. Our new server, Gabbie, was polite and the only person who actually apologized for the poor service we had experienced. The manager eventually approached our table but only to inquire how we wanted the bill to be split. When I tried to address the issues we had faced, she talked over me and continued with her question. She then walked away and returned to inform us that she had applied a 25% discount on the food, but drinks couldn’t be discounted. This amounted to roughly $20 off a $120 bill, resulting in an overall discount of about 10%. At no point did the manager acknowledge or apologize for the service; it was clear that she found it inconvenient to address us. The food itself was mediocre, but by the time it arrived, we were so frustrated that it was difficult to evaluate it fairly. We will definitely not be returning.

With a farmhouse country feel amazing BBQ slow smoked options along with tradional food options this place easily ranks #1 with our group. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a meal. The layout and design are distinctive and inviting. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend sampling all the BBQ sauces available on the tables!

So much food! All good. It was busy when we went but, we didn't have to wait for a table or our food. Already planning to go back.
