Dessert served on chipped dishware. Excellent cheesecake. Server couldn't care less about the plates. Cheesecake was over $20 with eggnog latte. Customer service is completely lacking. Blonde associate was the worst. I made a purchase of glass ornaments and she was going to wrap all of these together. I said no individual please. I was given a look. I stared back. She made a todo about putting the open unable to close box in a bag. Customer training and service is definitely needed
Beautiful layout with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I love browsing the interesting inventory. At the risk of hyperbole it's a meditative experience to visit here. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff and great atmosphere. There is also a great little restaurant with lots of great food made on site.
