Jimmy John's - Sterling Heights

That is the worse jimmy johns I have ever ordered from the front; they put the application on the line to cut the sandwich in half and order pages. this load never cuts her sandwich in the half or delivers her side that she pays. our load ordered from them all the time and nothing is ever right. today I have placed an order on the line and they have not lifted my order and do not disturb me to call and let me know that they have not done my order because their shipper has stopped and now I have to wait 3 to 5 factory days to get my refund! never order from this!

Let's just say I have had better prepared sandwiches at other Jimmy John's. The Cuban was very disappointing.

This location is terrible. Just waited an hour and a half for a sandwich with no lettuce onion and oil/vinegar. The manager couldn’t give me a refund and told me that there was lettuce on it. So here’s your 1 star and a photo of your bs sandwich to prove I’m not lying, where’s the lettuce you were talking about sir?

Stopped to p/u lunch got me a Blt meal 13 and some change. Started driving down the road and open meal and this is what i received. Are you kidding me 8 could have bought a pack of bacon bread and a tomato and made 8 sandwiches for that price. Unbelievable....... i give 2 stars because im nice.

Took 40+ mins to get food delivered. Forgot straws mayo packets
