Jimmy John's - Sterling Heights

I was informed that I would receive a loan here, but I didn't get any credit under my account. It seems they are dealing with a large volume of applications.

Today was a fantastic day at this Jimmy John's! My meal was excellent—everything was fresh and delicious. I received exactly what I ordered. A big thank you to the staff for providing great service!

I recently visited a Jimmy John's for the first time, and I was impressed! The staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Listen, i am not a karen as i have worked food and customer service. i just have to say that the cashier was so rude and my sandwich was so messed up. she was visibly rolling her eyes at me and my younger siblings. short snappy responses. none of us were giving her attitude and were all polite and straight forward with what we wanted. we were also the only people in the establishment and it was over an hour before close so there was no need to be so short and rushed. BESIDE all of that mess we get home and my sandwich is literally falling apart, the condiments and vegetables were all over. i asked for onions and there were none. oil and vinegar too and it was just sopping wet with oil…like i mean dripping, but with no vinegar. so all in all just a bad experience and probably won’t be back.

Long time customer. won't be back. sandwiches and service are not consistent. bread ok. ordered 2 #7 (double meat and cheese). All together I don't think there was enough meat on both sandwiches to equal what was on 1 sandwich a few months back. they are slicing the meat so thin it has got to be a scam by the owner. They must be going out of business. Sorry Jimmy but after 64 years I've seen sandwiches places come and go. I hope your's won't be next. 4:00pm 6/27/22
