Subway - Sterling Heights

The online hours indicate that the restaurant is open from 9 AM to 9 PM, but when I tried to go there at 6:30 PM today, I was informed that they were already serving their last customers. The staff seemed indifferent to the establishment and appeared to lack motivation to work. It was a very disappointing experience.

I placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later. The estimated wait time was only 15 minutes, but they hadn't even started on my order. The worker began to prepare my meal but then stopped to assist other customers. If I hadn't ordered and paid online, I would have left.

Some staff members could improve how they interact with customers during busy periods. While speed is important, it shouldn’t come at the expense of the quality of their service or the products being used.

This place is never open. it is on a day off and the door is locked. when they are open, they are good and the staff is good.

First time getting subway in probably like 5 years, Google a location says open. It's 1130am. Lights all on and the door is locked.
