Garbage establishment. Paid $65 for 2 club sandwiches and a wrap. Wrap was so tiny and empty, no fries, one of the club sandwiches had the usual 4 pieces and the other 3 pieces. When we called back, the manager was rude. We have been Benny clients for years and years...this new version of it is cheap, they have cut quality and raised prices. Never eat there....will never order from Benny Co Cousineau Blvd again. Rat trap Food: 1

Ordered 3 meals, 2 club sandwich one that came with 1 missing triangle and one wrap meal. They “forgot” to bring the fries with the wrap. Called and politely complained however the manager came on the phone and spoke down to me in a condescending tone..basically calling me ridiculous for also mentioning that both other boxes came with LESS than a handfull of fries. He was arguing with me back and forth to the point where I felt like I was arguing with a friend and not someone who should be in a position of authority/manager at a restaurant. Big fan of Benny but will never be going to this sucursale again. Incompetent people giving incompetent customer service.. PS I am far from a complainer in general but this guy on the phone was toooo much! He told me in francais “tu mappelle pour chiawwwwler” Like who speaks that way to a customer who just spent 65$ plus tip for sandwiches and fries.
