Cherokee Strip Bbq - Stillwater

We hadn’t been to Cherokee Strip in several years and decided to go in Thursday night for something different. The young men working were so welcoming and respectful. We got the burnt ends special and it was phenomenal. We had a lot left over to take home for the next day. I can’t believe I’d forgotten about this gem. I ordered Door Dash the next day too 1/2 because the food was so good and 1/2 just to support a local business with such awesome workers. The brisket sandwich was really good and my husband got the big 3 meat plate and said it was all really good. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be adding this to our take out or date night rotation.

I craved for BBQ and my husband took me to this place, he said this Cherokee Strip BBQ has always been good. We had brisket, pork loin and ribs with potato salad and rig tater. The pork loin was so tender and tasted just right. And I still can't get over with the ribs, you don't even need BBQ sauce to enjoy it. It has smokey flavor, tender and fell off the bone so easy. And the sides compliment the main course. Service was also great. I highly recommend this place and will be back again.

I got the sliced brisket sandwich and the peach cobbler. Both were hot and fresh and delicious. I don't mind paying a little extra to support a local business. The potato salad and fried okra are also delicious.

Our cook was a sweetheart and was good to make sure we were ok with food. Very personal and loves his job. Will go back. I had a cheeseburger. My friend had pulled pork... good. The waffle fries are good.
