Main Street Bakery - Stirling

Stopped in for a quick snack on the way back to Edinburgh. The bakery offers an impressive selection of pies, sandwiches cakes and other hot snacks and drinks. I chose a chicken curry and a macaroni pie. The chicken curry pie had a generous portion of diced chicken, a nice mild curry sauce, a layer of onions and a lovely crispy pastry. The macaroni pie was packed full of macaroni with a topping of roasted cheese. Again, the pastry was nice and crispy. Definitely a worthwhile stop of you dance a quick snack on the road.

Excellent little bakery. Hot or cold food served . Recommend the haggis and steak pie hot also the hot macaroni pie and steak pie . Service with a smile and reasonable prices aswell. Definitely 1 of the best pies I've ate .

Nice wee Baker shop. The pies are very tasty. Best pie I had in a long time. My girlfriend had a sausage roll. She enjoyed her one, too

Super bakery with a whole manner of delicious baked goods. The morning rolls are fabulous and I'd really recommend the steak and black pudding pie.
