They are doing what they can to prevent covid 19 from being spread. However, the food was terrible. Tasted like old food mixed in with the new. Fried foods taste like old grease being used. Other dishes taste like days old food being mixed with freshly prepared food. The food in the refridgerator behind the habachi grill is uncovered and it just seemed exposed to the elements.
It had been years since I last visited this restaurant, so I thought I'd try it again. It's a fun experience if you like to try new things as their buffet has a wide variety of offerings to choose from. The restaurant was clean and the food was what you would expect at a buffet style restaurant.
We chose this restaurant because it was right across the street from our hotel. So many choices.....crab legs, Mongolian BBQ, butterflied fried shrimp, sushi, all of the normal Chinese dishes. Everything tasted great. Service was very good and the folks there were very friendly. If you like Chinese food and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
This is what I'd expect out of a Chinese buffet, but when I looked at the ceiling I was unnerved. Of course I can't know what's actually going on up there, but as someone with bad mold exposure it is very scary looking. I may have felt some symptoms, but it could also be I my head. Anyway couldn't enjoy my food with that. I really hope they clean up the place/remediation.
Visited for lunch a couple of days ago. I had not been to this restuarant in at least a year. The buffet is good and priced well. For only $7.99 at lunch during the week. They have a good selection and our waitress was very efficient.
