I haven't seen the food truck in ages but I do know you can order food off their website . Their food was always amazing. If you see their food truck I highly recommend giving them a try . Love their fried chicken.

This is the BEST food truck by far, that I've ever been to.You can't go wrong with the fried pork chops, the jambalaya, or the gumbo.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Chef Keyon provided lunch for a staff event today and EVERYONE raved about the food and the level of service provided. Catfish, wings, pork chops all exceptional, and the pork chops were falling off the bone. The red beans and rice were a big hit, as were the collard greens. We're all still trying to figure out what the secret was to the fries, too. There is no doubt Chef Keyon knows authentic Louisiana Cajun/Creole cuisine thanks, Chef, for a great lunch look forward to seeing you again.

Had the wings and red beans and rice while they were at my job for an event. Made me miss East Tx with the great flavor!!
