If you're thinking about booking this place for a private party, I recommend against it. The hassle simply isn't worth it. I've called multiple times and am still waiting for a response. How can they have two phones but not answer either? They really need to set up voicemail. I even tried reaching out via direct message, but they asked me to follow them instead of replying. They also mention "DM buzz" without clarifying who or what that is. To top it off, I visited in person at 7:30 PM on a Friday, only to find the place closed, despite their hours stating they open at 4 PM. It's truly disappointing. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

There's no cover charge, and they typically host a special deal or event every weekday evening. Their $5 burgers are fantastic, and they offer a variety of other tasty and affordable dishes. Drinks are generally around $5 as well.

The drink prices are outrageous for a college bar. The cheapest beer is a $5 Bud Light.

I just had an amazing experience at Huskies Tavern! The staff was incredibly polite and professional, and the tacos made with slow-roasted pork and chicken were absolutely delicious. The band was outstanding, and their margaritas were fantastic too! I can't wait to return — I highly recommend it!

Unlike many other people at the bar, I am of legal age. If you visit again, please inform that overly aggressive bouncer that he should reconsider his behavior, as I am not someone to be trifled with. Not all women will silently tolerate such treatment. It's important for places like this to be mindful of how they treat their customers; one phone call could bring scrutiny to their questionable practices, particularly concerning underage drinking. #WomenMatter
