Feedback gevenI ordered delivery the other night the male that answered the phone seemed rude annoyed to even be on the phone. He needs to be trained in phone etiquette and the proper way to speak to engage with customers: saying “is that all” after every thing i said before i barely even finished the word (mind u i only ordered 3 simple things) just the nonchalant attitude and tone of voice was less than pleasant. Customer service goes a long way.. at least sound like u don’t HATE your job(even if u do). Also be careful if you’re ordering the chicken quesadillas esp. for young teens, children or elders with sensitive teeth. Although they’re DELICIOUS- There’s Very large bone pieces in quite a few bites that u will unexpectedly bite into without warning so be careful.. not quite sure what kind of chicken they used for the quesadillas tht wld cause there to be bones in them..most ppl places use boneless chicken breast but regardless- beware~ it can be a choking hazard or potentially cause a chipped tooth.
First time eating here will be the last ordered baked ziti extra sauce i was given pasta noodles with sometype of fake cut up meatballs u could tell it was frozen and not made from there had no sauce at all very dry tasteless and on top of that i asked for extra sauce so it shouldnt had been dry im a cook myself i take great passion in food especially pastas secondly i called back to let them know the man who answered tried to tell me i was wrong and that i never asked for extra sauce when it was the first thing i asked he also said they try not to put to much sauce so plate wont over flow i told him i would had rather u took out some noodles then he said then i wouldve complain about less noodles and that next time hed put it on the side i could literally flip the food upside down to the side not one drop of sauce and when i look at the bag to reread order it had said add sauce and i was charged for it ? very disappointed had to wait 45 mins pay 18 dollars for something i could make at home for 5 dollars and 10 times better i had to make my own sauce at home by far the worst ziti i ever had and i had petty bad zitis before. other than that workers seem nice. but customer always right instead of trying to tell me im wrong should have just apologize and admit ur mistakes and fix it.
Place is horrible food disgusting anyone want something good call bellanapoli they got the best pizzas and food stay away from Gino's specially if ordering delivery because order never right and food just horrible specially when they got order wrong to beging with. Small family run company that don't have good workers just kids that think their just entitled and when they make mistakes they wait weeks to fix them block you from ever ordering again because you called and told them they messed up. Glad they won't let me order again since they could never get a simple order right
Prices are seldom as advertised on their website or inside menus. Management becomes argumentive when asked to clarify prices. They say the menu on their countertop or website need to be updated.
I tried Gino's last night for the first time despite all the negative I ordered a large sausage and bacon asked for it to double cut. What I got was a sausage pizza regular cut I paid for a pizza I didn't order and it was at closing so obviously there was nothing I could do. The service was friendly but product not what I expected
