I'm from California and I usually go to my lovely Pittsburgh for holidays and sometime for work reasons. Last time that I've been to Kavsar in St. Patrick I was with two special american friends Kathy and John. We had a wonderful dinner tasting a lot of amazing things. Great food, maybe the best I've ever had, service is excellent(take out only) and the rice pilav is outstanding. No other words. I can't wait to go back again at Kavsar, a place where you can feel yourself a human!!!Parking: Free parking
