Subway - STURBRIDGE

The staff today (January 21, 2019) was outstanding. He brought me a new knife to cut my sandwich after I mentioned that I was a vegetarian, even though I didn't ask for it. He took excellent care of us and ensured that we were completely satisfied. I am very pleased with my experience today.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. It's rare to experience such excellent customer service these days. I would rate it 10 out of 10!

I recently had a great experience at a subway restaurant, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from one of the employees named John. He truly deserves a big round of applause! When I ordered a Veggie Delite sandwich, John asked if I was vegetarian. Upon confirming, he went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the area, changing his gloves, and even using separate knives for my sandwich. The sandwich he made was delicious, and I was impressed by his politeness and respectfulness. Keep up the fantastic work!
