Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Wow! Where to begin, I’m at a loss for words. Everything from the service to the food, amazing! One of the Kelsey’s chains I’ve been too! Host were quick and friendly, my server (forgot name) was so nice with guiding in the menu with my sons gluten allergy. All and all, fantastic!

The service was amazing! The server was attentive, food was brought out in a timely manner but not rushed. Straws were offered as well as letting me know when I ordered diet coke that they only had Pepsi (they usually just assume and us pop drinkers are picky), extra napkins were brought over and she checked in to make sure that we were happy with our meal. We haven't had this level of service in a long time. Great meal and experience!

Food was really pretty good. Everything took an incredibly long time. For 5 people with no appetizers we were there for an hour and a half on a Wednesday. Good food. Super long wait times.

Daniela was amazing! She is so good at up selling and making sure we were well taken care of. She is awesome! Food was also great!

The worst service I have ever experienced they sat us a a table quickly after that we waited 25 minutes no one came to the table or even acknowledged us, the poor couple behind had been waiting 45 minutes for there food, this is the last straw for us. I called after and the manager said we have on going training the manager should be watching what's going on
