Yak Yeti Gurkha's Braintree

My family and I went to try this establishment for a dine in experience. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to scratch. The food was subpar and watery, and the service or lack of left a sour taste (a better taste than the food, I must say). After waiting an age to get more drinks, we gave up and asked for the bill which was pricey but the real cherry on top was at the bottom of bill they added there own service charge...SERVICE CHARGE...What **** service, we questioned this and said we wasn 't going to pay the service charge, to which the waitress responded with oh so you don 't want to tip I bit my tongue...what I wanted to say was here 's a tip...check your attitude and take more care of your customers...we are putting money in your till and thats your end goal ...its a shame we had this experience as it looks lovely but the service and food did not match up. The family and I are now in search of another curry house

Just had a meal here after hearing about it being under new management. I have to say we were blown away by the service and the food. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the food was phenomenal (I had the tikka masala and my partner had the madras). Cannot fault our meal here and will definitely be visiting again!

Just had a takeaway from this restaurant and it was first class so tasty, flavourful and delicious and the staff were very courteous and helpful, can definitely recommend and we will be having more meals from here soon
