Feedback gevenI am not surprised that they got a 1 star rating. The service is so awful. I ordered a breakfast burrito this morning. I ordered thru their online app. I went to pick up my food at the time specified and the order was not ready, I think it was the owner who came out to check, did not even offer any explanation. So I had to ask if it was not ready yet. He just said, I don't know what happened why it did not print. So I said, that was the whole point of me ordering online because I did not want to wait in line. He asked again, what do you want me to do! it did not print!. I was taken aback by his response so I said, at least apologize for the inconvenience. He raised his voice at me and said, I AM SORRY! IT DID NOT PRINT.... They have the most awful service. The owner is so rude! He should not be facing his customers if he does not even know how to treat his customers right.
All of the manager's are rude, especially the old man. They prices are too high, the food is subpar, and the customer service is horrible! I placed an order online, went to pick it up and the old man would not give me my food and said I did not pay. I paid when I ordered online but because I added onion and green pepper to my eggs, He stated I did not pay for my food and refused to give it to me. I asked him how much do I owe because the website does not have an option to pay for additions to eggs. He charged me $1.80 to add the onion and bell pepper. I will starve before I spend my money with this place.
So I never leave a bad review. I typically can tolerate a lot. BUT today Charlie blew his nose by the food and did not wash his hands. I had to ask him to wash his hands and I guess I offended him because his reply was that he did not blow his nose in his hands but in a napkin like that was okay to do and still touch peoples food. We literally had a discussion on why he should wash his hands. If I had to ask you to wash your hands when you handling peoples food after you blow your nose, JUST IMAGINE WHAT ELSE YOU DO WHEN NO ONE SEES YOU!! Im disgusted! He will not get another cent out of me just for that.
Get referrals on what food items are good and/or worth the price, i.e. the chili, bananas, oranges, fries, baked potatoes, turkey bacon sandwiches, cobb salad easy on the dressing are good. The nachos are okay, but the cheese is bland. The fried fish is good, but for $9 is should come with more than one piece of fish, or a piece of cake, or a drink. The burgers are okay, but if you get a single patty is is really thin and is lacking seasoning. The lady owner, her son and daughter are really nice. The male owner is a nice guy, but do not bring any complaints. He will just argue with you no matter how nice you are about it.
A Baked Potato, a very SIMPLE ONLINE order: (my opinion) turned into the most HATED response, We are out of potatoes, our system does not know when we are out of something . Definitely not the consumers problem! There is a reason for an email/mobile number. Your SYSTEM was sure to notify me that my order was received and when the order would be ready and it for SURE debited my credit card. I was refunded $5.79 when my total was $6.27. I was given the option to order something in the POTATOES place which ended up costing me $9.41. Overrated Overpriced I 'd say for Chicken Tenders Fries. I will not patronize nor order again being this was my first ONLINE order to this establishment. It 's sad that the office has this as the only close location to order lunch from for those of us who typically bring their lunch. Best believe I will not FORGET my lunch again to be priced gouged!
