The food was decent, but unfortunately, they delivered the wrong order. Moreover, I noticed that the prices at the restaurant are nearly double what is advertised online. They should be more transparent about this.

I’m the lady owner of this restaurant and some customers are just so rude and I’m heartbroken to hear things that they make up just to ruin the restaurant’s reputation. There was a customer that commented that “ I have been eating at Mongolian Grill for years I understand food prices are on the rise the service from the owner is horrible she is rude. We normally go we normally go for lunch but this time we went in at 5:00 to eat it is the same food there is nothing additional on the choices but they charged us for a dinner cost when I addressed it with her she was rude yelling at me chased me out the door telling me that she can upcharge for dinner I said the food is the same she said there is enough charge to eat dinner here I will never go back ever you should not charge more because of the time of day it is unless the menu items differ and they do not”. I truly understand that people have bad days sweetie, but coming here every time with a frown and a rude attitude and then saying I’m rude is absolutely unacceptable. Yes; I appreciate that you’ve been coming here for years, but every time you come your always arrogant and NEVER tip us. However; that’s ok. I understand that some people don’t like tipping. I just want to clarify that anywhere you go at 5pm it’ll always be dinner price and I guarantee you that. Also we do put more expensive food out for dinner, maybe you just didn’t notice. Now let me say what actually happened. I was in the kitchen and I saw you storming your way towards the kitchen and so I came out and as soon as I did, you shoved the check onto me. I almost couldn’t catch myself because you did it so harshly and then you addressed me that I charged you dinner price and I told you “excuse me ma’am now it’s dinner time” and I don’t see anything wrong with that reply. I just wanted to explain to you. However; if you think I shouldn’t have explained to you, I sincerely apologize. I just wanted to let you know that we didn’t upcharge you and that maybe you have mistaken us. Maybe you didn’t like how I said that and that’s why you said I was rude? You then stomped your way out the door and I was also going that direction to put the check at the cashier register which is normal but in your review you said that I chased you out which I did not I was just simply trying to go that way to put the money down in the front. Also, before I even got a chance to say my second line which was “I had already given you $2 off with the dinner price”, you had already stormed out madly. To clarify again, we do have more selection for dinner time. We change to dinner time along with the food at around 3:30pm. Some customers always say they won’t come back in the comment section yet they do come back because the food is good isn’t it? I don’t mean to expose you but when I clicked into your profile, more than half of your reviews were 1-2 star honey, and so I’ve come up with the conclusion that you might be a little sensitive with people which explains why you thought I was rude. Now, we welcome you to come back and I can explain it to you again if you want and you can explain to me what made you think I was being rude and we can negotiate. I hope you have a better experience with us next time if you choose to come back?

We like Hot Bowl enough to return. The staff is friendly and ready to guide you if you need help. For example, they'll explain the shiny metal bowl is for veggies, the red bowl is for proteins, and to use the cups near the sauces to mix your flavourings. They'll ask for your starch choice when you drop off your selections to be cooked. . There are a couple minor improvements I'd make if I were king. I'd like the water chestnuts to be separated from the bamboo shoots, and I'd like sauce recipes to be available. There are so many sauce choices that it can be overwhelming. . Although, my sauce was pretty darn good!

Most expensive Mongolian I’ve ever had and it wasn’t even ayce the lady greets you and offers you egg rolls but doesn’t even say that they charge for them she just said egg rolls how many 3 ok? Threw me off so I just said ok? And prices aren’t even listed anywhere it was such a shocker when we got our bill! We usually go to hu hot Mongolian for 14 dollars ayce and prices are listed the fact that they don’t have the prices listed is wrong!!!! Do not recommend and they give you mini bowls so you can’t stack anything
