On September 23 between hours of 6-7 pm the drive through line was an extremely long wait. Cars in the back of me begin to leave after their orders were placed. After being about the 3rd car to approach the window you can clearly tell customers orders were not correct because they were giving it back. As I got to the window and was given my order I can tell by the weight of the bag my order was incorrect. I examined the bag and sure enough I was given someone else's order. I appreciate them correcting the mistake and the compensation. I know it's not an easy job when dealing with customers but would like to see some improvement in this location. The attendants in front barely greet people coming in. One greeted me after I was standing there for a while in passing. I was helped by the manager after standing around for more than 5 min. She took her time and was talking to someone else. she even had the time to serve another customer before she could complete mine.
