Logan's Roadhouse - Summerville

I come for the buns and stay for the beer. Make sure you get a 22 ounces beer. Is places in institution is been here forever. You can never go wrong with Logan’s Roadhouse. Also, this place is beautifully southern.

Wonderful accommodating people. The menu has a lot to choose from with prices that aren't too far out of reach for a steakhouse. Our waitress was always on time with service and refills. The first steak sent out was overcooked but they immediately corrected the issue. The drinks came out speedy and other than the steak issue, everything was correct. The steak was your standard run of the mill steakhouse cut so as to be expected it was quite tough. But you can't hold that against the staff or the fact it was cooked correctly (the second one). It's just the cut of meat. Now the seasoning used on the steak did help make up for the toughness. I feel steak should be naturally flavored. Some salt. Maybe some pepper. Heinz 57, A1, hot sauce, is all offered though. Overall a very good experience at this location and a nice place for a reasonably priced steak family dinner! Good job Harleigh!

I am a little biased because they changed a recipe without updating the menu. I used to love the cheddar bacon burger. It used to come with a fried disc of cheddar cheese on top of this steak burger. The menu still describes this so I ordered one and instead got a bacon burger mounted on three mozzarella cheese sticks. This is not the same and I was very disappointed. When I told the server she offered to get me something else but my family was already eating and we waited 1.5 hours to be seated and 1 hour for food. I am not mad at the server or grill but instead management for not updating or info noting the menu. Definitely not happy about this experience.

Greater and waitress was extremely attentive to asking if we needed refills, app, bread ex. ordered med on three porterhouse stakes, they were sent out well done and burnt, was not pleased and did not finish, , need more guidance in the kitchen making sure grill cooks know the difference between med, rare and well done. be blessed and hope this helps prevent other guest from having a poor experience. Food was excellent!!! I was craving a grilled chicken breast, which was great, but the green beans were pure bliss. My wife's steak was perfectly cooked, which is a big real, as she is very picky. Service was great, even though the resteraunt was slammed. We never waited for anything. Highly recommended.
