I can tell you that I go to THIS McDonald's almost EVERY morning on behalf of myself and my co-workers. I love these guys and we all know each other by name, anymore. Nobody but nobody is perfect. But these guys come darn close. They don't miss a beat! I've seen them when they've had little more than a skeleton crew. Which is rare. But nobody is standing still They are ALWAYS hustling. Even when they are overwhelmed, they are in control. I've NEVER seen any animosity between employees. And I've NEVER seen them ever be rude to customers. They seem to work well, under pressure. Me, personally...I've never had a negative experience coming here. I think (at least the morning crew, since I'm familiar with them) deserve high praise for their professionalism. They're inspiring to watch. And I know a few OTHER McDonald's, in the area, that could learn a thing or two from these guys. This store is always busy. And these guys handle it. When I part ways with my order, I remind them that they ROCK! And encourage them to make it a GREAT day. And I humbly thank them. And they do the same, back. People are so quick to share their negative experiences. I wish more people would share the positive ones. My words can not convey the enormity of credit I think these guys more than deserve. I really hope they are recognized for their efforts and ability in serving patrons, such as myself. I see a lot of the same customers, every morning, when I visit there. And we acknowledge each other. So I know there's more than one of us that feel the same way. Keep up the good work, crew. No charge for my endorsement. You guys really DO rock! This was a different experience from the past. Yes they got my order wrong, switched sandwiches. But they were polite, courteous and very apologetic. I was surprised that they were nice. It was clean, food was fresh, fries hot and on the ball. Yes on the ball for this store seems impossible but it is true. It was a good experience. Also new management. I saw, guess was the General Manager telling an up and coming Manager how to send people on break, and also respectful. It was shocking so maybe they are trying to turn things around.
It? 02/08/2021 @11:17 pm. You screwed my order. They forgot a whole meal and a frit and drink. And they gave me a spoon of Pommes, I don't even make jokes for a big one, I called to tell them they forgot half of my order and asked if I pick up tomarrow since they close at 12:00 and I?m 20 minutes at home in bed. The manager was a man and said you don't have to come now if you want your food? How frick off age. And said I need my reception they never gave me because they said the printer was made of paper. But that's obviously my fault. RUDE AWFUL DISGUSTING PEOPLE???????
What a terrible staff! I was hoping for a faster service, and I got food w/o my drink. Asked for my drink 4 separate times to four separate women work orders. 14 minutes to get my drink! Never use the drive here. Orders are always wrong and you need to make sure to check your bag! Even if only order a product!
