Feedback gevenI was overloaded. The people who make my order have tried hard. However, both Burritos were sloppy and not closed. The cashier charged me for something I didn't order. Luckily I asked about my reception and noticed it. When I called the restaurant to express my concern, nobody answered on the phone.
I'm the rating compared to Tambell because it feels so. A little dirty. Chips are always bad and Steak is meh. It's still a good option after my bike rides
The place was cleaned and the servers were attentive to my needs and requests. My question was that the white rice was muddy and had a very strong acidic taste that exaggerated everything else. The taste and season were very unbalanced and not pleasant.
The food is good and exactly what one would expect from a moe. The staff really needs to concentrate less on dilating their eyes and perhaps a little more on their customer service skills. How often do I have to ask for a middle Queso before the highs get it.
I?m not one to post bad reviews, but I?m having trouble understanding how a place like this can screw up so often. Two visits in a row now I have some how been given the wrong order, which means someone else also didn?t get what they ordered. The orders are literally in a line and marked? so how does this happen?? Am I supposed to open up my burrito every time to make sure it?s the right one before I leave the restaurant? Wasn?t even busy either times. Don?t think I?ll be back.
