Tim Hortons - Sundre

We stopped for a coffee on our way to our destination during a regular time. The restaurant had good COVID safety measures in place, with all staff wearing masks. Our order was not made correctly, but the server seemed inexperienced and dealing with masks can be challenging.

We stopped at this Tim's location on our way south and purchased sandwiches, which were 2 for $5. The staff at the checkout was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our breakfast. The tables and washrooms were clean, and the local customers were very friendly. It was a positive experience as we passed through this northern area.

I'll follow Tims on IG if something new comes out, I can try. I don't have time in my town, so it's a trek to go. I wanted to try the new frozen chai. There were advertisements everywhere... but unfortunately they didn't! Very disappointed. No excuse.

We often visit this restaurant once a week when we are in Sundre seeing our relatives. The menu offers typical Tim Hortons food and drinks. The food is tasty and the service is great. The prices are fair. It's a nice spot for a lunch outing.

I asked for a Bacon/Turkey melt, they forgot the turkey. I asked for a Crispy chicken sandwich, they forgot the whole sandwich (I did call and complain that day, and they did give me my next future order free, but I feel as though it...should just be done correct the first time). I ask for my bagels triple toasted, burnt around the edges, I get a doughy, barely toasted bagel (numerous times). I ask for cream cheese, the bagel comes half cream cheese, half plain. I understand that mistakes are made every once in awhile, but at this location, mistakes are a common occurance. I feel like they are too busy waiting to say Is that all? to actually listen to what people order. I hope something comes in to Sundre in the near future that would be a good, convenient alternative, so I don 't have to continue to go to this Tim Hortons.
