Bonchon Chicken Sunnyvale, Ca

This restaurant used to be good, but now the wings are dry and they overcharge. I recently ordered a new rice bowl to go and had to call them because the portion was so small. The staff didn't even know it was a menu item and I had to argue with them about my order. Despite ordering for pickup and arriving on time, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they forgot about my order. Customer service is seriously lacking. I will see how they respond to my complaint about the chicken bowl. I recommend ordering from VON'S down the street for a better overall experience, even though I don't like their marinade as much.

I absolutely adore the garlic sauce chicken wings at this restaurant. The drumsticks are a bit too large for my liking, but the service is excellent. The skin stays crispy even after an hour. It's truly amazing!

I order their combo meal every week. My favorite sauce is the garlic sauce. I always enjoy the crispy chicken wings, but I am not a fan of the drumsticks because they are too big and lack flavor.

I enjoyed the spicy wings but didn't care for the soy one as much. The wings had a nice extra crispiness that made them stand out. Overall, it's a great place to try some delicious spicy Korean wings!

Spicy chicken and Asian American fusion. You will get a southern taste too, which is their philosophy actually based on. This is another restaurant where you need to try the different sides different times specially the Kim chi Coleslaw and Seasoned Fried which are their specialties too. Also, had one of the best noodle soup here; they call it something like Udon, which is super tasty if you take it hot. Also, this place grew my appetite and interest to Korean dishes and their own style of fowl roasting.
