Chick-fil-a - Sunrise

Can never go wrong with the meal. I e down side. Took a bit getting my meal. And also when order a shake after, it took longer as they forgot about it. But beside that the meal is always good!

Our Door Dash came incorrect. A grilled chicken sandwich came as a spicy grilled sandwich missing tomato and the honey bbq sauce. Added bacon which I did not want. Our med Mac n cheese came as a small No sauces we ordered came Our southwest saladwas also missing the tortilla strips. I feel like when it?s a take out order No care is given.

Situation was handled poorly at the drive through. Needs to be better directions on where to start the line. I was apparently on the ?wrong line? even though it was the ONLY line when I got there. Then a new line started and that was ?the right line? sonow it looked like I was trying to skip but I wasn?t. The cars in the new line weren?t trying to let me in thinking I wasskipping. When I finally got to the employee that takes orders older gentleman with glasses) he refused to take my order eventhough I tried explaining the situation and told me I had to get out of line to the back?? He said i had two choices get in theback of the line or order at the front??? He saw the whole thing and allowed it to happen yet still refused to take my order. Inever ate here how was this any fault of mine? they took everyone?s order in my line but he chose to not take mine? It tooknothing for that employee to be understanding or at least try to hear me out.

Came to this location but they were out of waffle fries. That made the line cut in half. They upcharged me for mac n cheese but they had no waffle fries. Smh The fruit cup in my grand daughters wasnt an upcharge at least.

Love chick fil a but lately their customer service has been lacking. Stood there over 20 minutes waiting for my mobile order as I watch a line of about 5 people order, pay, get their food and leave. Meanwhile there were 7 or so employees in the kitchen,some working, others talking and laughing as customers are there waiting. Not the best experience.
