Steak 'n Shake - Sunrise

The quality of the food is excellent, and the order is fantastic!

I urge you to consider adding an option for those of us who love chocolate ice cream. I would enjoy an Oreo and Reese's flavor, but I really dislike vanilla ice cream.

It is a real scandal that they get rid of the waiter and waiter and put themselves serving kiosks into play. the whole steak n shake atmosphere is completely gone. no more mini jukeboxes, no more American diners. it is an absolute scandal what business have done. I'm just using the drive now because I don't have to worry about going in, and they took the half of the Shake menu away, as if it had closed their own.

Unacceptable! We waited over an hour and a half for our food. First, we had to drive to the drive-thru window, where we placed our order, and then we were left waiting for another hour and a half. There was no apology or communication from the staff. Very disappointing experience!

Just now was the guy who commanded the ride thru was terrible. with his mask, he wouldn't talk loud enough to hear him. So he had a good evaluation, he didn't let that cars wait in the window for eating. also after pulling before loading and waiting came out both hamburger cold. Why did we have to wait for cold food?
