Feedback gevenI hate to be overly critical, but I believe it's reasonable to expect courtesy and professionalism, even in a fast food restaurant. I ordered an item, and the staff member, Dominic, couldn't respond to a simple question I had. Instead, he turned to talk to a co-worker while I was asking him again. I was very polite in my approach. If he was confused, that's understandable, but as a paying customer who spends $1.80 on a cheeseburger, I think I deserve a little courtesy. The employees could benefit from some training. When a cheeseburger is just $0.99, I feel like I was treated unfairly. Thank you.
This Wendy's offers what I would call average fast food burgers.
It took 15 minutes in the drive-thru before anyone acknowledged my presence—what a waste of time! I was really craving a good burger. I miss Dave; if he were still around, he would get Wendy's back on track. It's disappointing to see how far they're fallen.
Do not go here and order them here for door what they wrote, but waste my time. And let me go twice around the line because I was not in the position, I never had to do before at any place wendy place.
After 10.30 pm this place is sooooooooo slowww, they actually kept us waiting 15 mins to order, thyw keep saying to wait more time, maybe something to check for the manager of the store SMH
