Came with my husband to this location not too long ago, food was fine but nothing too outstanding. What did stand out was management and treatment of workers. Seemed to be a really busy and stressful environment for workers. Manager Evan did not lift a finger to help overworked employees. Service was slow but not to the blame of servers. Will not be coming back to dine in environment of such poor management.
EDIT: 5 STARS NOW, CLEAN WINE GLASS AN CARAFE AND AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE, WSITRESS WAS S2EET AND KIND REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE! THX BP 'S <3Last 2 times over past month, I came for late lunch, and ordered the 6 oz wine with my meal which comes in a carafe beside the glass, both were dirty with food and lips and smears and finger prints.Staff not willing to clean the glass or find a clean one and was told the dishwasher was the problem and handed napkins to wipe it myself!?This is only this location. I prefer King George as always clean. Servers need to be taught that it is their job to clean and serve clean even if 'dishwasher ' is an issue. I worked in the industry and this is not BP typical quality.
We ordered a Salad (pineapple beetroot) but when it came the salad was wilted , returned the whole salad , the waiter was great she did Apologize for it although I mean how can a kitchen serve a salad like that , if u wouldn't eat how can u expect the paying customer to eat it.
Came here last night and the moment I came to the front this one girl Alesha was super positive and welcoming. She was so nice and friendly it truly made my night. I did not have a great experience with the food as it was cold and way too salty but I would come back just to see her.
