It's just ok. Comming from the vancouver/richmond vietnamese food standards.Wished the vermicelli plates had more crunch/ texture or herbThe noodle soup #1 lacked protein for what it is. A bit salty.

Such a great place I was in the area and popped in for a quick lunch. I was literally the only non regular in the place. The waitress knew most people by name which says a lot about the place! It was also a constant stream of people picking up to go orders.I got the Vietnamese salad star #25* but I’m going to have to come back because there was so much else I wanted to try….If you want an amazing dining experience and amazing food this family run place is the place to go. Prices were really reasonable also.

Neither Vietnamese nor Cambodian...the food lacks flavour, several dishes were mostly iceberg lettuce, so disappointed. Low quality at disproportionate prices.No wonder the place is mostly empty.Service was pleasant, so I can't give it one star, otherwise I would.
