I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant as they did not honor our reservation. The owner, who spoke through a hostess acting as an interpreter, claimed that we hadn't made our reservation more than 24 hours in advance. He mentioned being very busy due to Father's Day, so he couldn't accommodate us. However, the restaurant was half-empty when our party of five arrived for our 6:15 reservation. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant, especially since there are plenty of competing Korean BBQ places nearby. We ended up at Iron Guys on the street, where we were warmly welcomed. Is it true that you have to make a reservation more than 24 hours in advance on OpenTable to be honored? If that's not the case, the owner should consider removing his restaurant from OpenTable.

There are many other Korean BBQ options nearby, and we were warmly welcomed at another place. Is it true that reservations must be made more than 24 hours in advance in order to be honored? If that’s the case, the owner should remove their listing from OpenTable.
