Landbogården - Svendborg

I loved this place so much I went back in the next night! amazing eating, very friendly service and quirky decor. highly recommended! it could be an idea to book dinner as it can be quite busy. I had the duck down, berry compote with saw for dessert, and in the previous night the spicy meatballs, they were all phenomenal!

Beautiful and charming little restaurant in the heart of ærøskøbing. their kartoffel “open faced” sandwiches are amazing and a unique take on a classic Danish dish. beautiful selection of beer and a very cozy atmosphere and friendly service. highly recommended.

Amazing hostess. the restaurant is essentially her home. simple idea: a meat dish, a vegetarian. you have to try the walnut beer that is brewed on the island.

If I give more stars, I would like to do it! my wife, I and a groll of men (our 20 high-time guests did not appear anywhere and gertrud (bart tender created this situation on such a quiet, humorous and inviting way that we seemed to be at the right place immediately. we had the opportunity to play our own music and at once a dance floor had been organized by the beautiful employees. all in all we had a nice time (party there with a fantastic service and support. it is a well equipped bar with a beautiful selection of fantastic craftsmen and a cozy interieur. fully recommended! The staff was very attentive, the food was perfect, and the local whiskey from Ærø was really good.
